Sue Smartt
Sue has been in the real estate business since
1980. She worked for Home
Federal Bank for 12 years and is familiar with all phases of the origination
and closing process including conventional, government, construction and
development loans.
Her experience in the title industry began with a locally owned company in
Knoxville where she worked as a closing agent servicing realtors and
builders. Six years ago she went to work at an underwriter-owned title
company and quickly opened a North based office where she had the
responsibility of management for that office as well as being a corporate
officer until February 2004 when she left to start a new company, Acquire
Title, Inc.

Robin E. Green
Robin has been in the real estate business since
1985, much of which was
obtained in the mortgage banking industry. Familiar with all phases of the
lending process from origination to closing, she served as Group Vice
President of mortgage lending for SunTrust Bank and Line of Business Manager
for SunTrust Bank.
In 1998 she joined an underwriter-owned title company as Sr. Vice President
of Marketing. In 1999 she became a licensed title insurance agent and was
promoted to President. She had responsibility for the management of
operations and sales for three offices until January 2004 when she left to
start a new company, Acquire Title, Inc.
